Did I have a miscarriage without knowing??
Background- So about 2 months ago my gyno put me on bc and told me to skip my period every month for medical reasons. There was one day where my bf and I had unprotected sex (and it was during my fertile window according to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> because of previous tracking from the months before) and I took my pill late the next night.
Problem- So anyways, for the last 2 weeks almost I've been having this dark brown discharge. It started light but now it's gotten pretty heavy and there's been lots of clots and it can be a little stringy I think. More recently there has also been a little bit of bright red blood mixed in with it. I've read a lot saying that this could just be side effects from the pill but idk something just doesn't feel right to me. For the last month I had been having a really strange feeling that I was pregnant and i also had very sore breasts which I never get. I also was getting very nauseous in the morning and at night, and even threw up twice because of it. I thought that this was from a new medicine I was on though so I didn't really think about the pregnancy part of it. I also kept having a reoccurring dream (I know, it's just a dream) that I was pregnant. Now with this discharge though, I don't have sore breasts, I haven't had the dream, and I've been very crampy, almost like I do have my regular period. sorry for how long this is, but I just really don't know what to think. Something is telling me that I may have misscarried and not realized it. I also looked up symptoms like this and there were a lot of links that lead to miscarriage websites ): help!
