Temperaturedip 7 dpo...experiences?

Hi, I had a small temperaturedip at 7dpo and also lots of cramps this day. Thought period was coming, but temperature is getting back up. Any experiences with this? Temps before O are from days I woke up way too late

This temp dip can either be due to implantation or a second surge of estrogen prior to getting your period. Estrogen surges cause the temps to drop. Progesterone from the ruptured follicle-corpus luteum - causes the spike after ovulation. Here's a graph to show you what I mean.

Any luck? I'm 5 dpo and my temps just dropped. It isn't normal for me. My luteal temps always stay above the cover line til 12 dpo

It could be implantation, but to be honest (and I hate to be a downer), I've seen a similar dip in all of my bfn charts. Best of luck!
