Well after receiving news of ohs low sperm count, and trying to accept that we may not ever get a bfp- I got mine!!

I was so worried that I was too old, but kept seeing stories of women getting pregnant after 40. I followed the fertility info program, it's online - free. I changed my diet, exercise, took the supplements recommended and even put a warm water bottle between my legs after the bd!

And it worked!!
