Hello sex, my old friend.

My fiancé and I had sex the other night for the first time in nearly a month. Being sick for the past 90+ days has wiped out my sex drive completely. It amazes me at how well he's been acting considering he was losing his damn mind. I've been off birth control since the beginning of February and we've only been having unprotected sex. With that said, I've been late on my period for 2 1/2 weeks, but I'm positive I'm not pregnant. Why? Because I need another laparoscopy for my endometriosis and most likely IVF treatments.
