May 22- June 2 I was ovulating and we had sex 5 of those days

Today I had some cramping at work and went to the bathroom around 1pm and had bleeding but then when I changed my pad at 4pm I have had anymore blood on my panty liner

I'm not supposed to have my period until June 15 so what's happening? Am I stressed or am I trying to start my period early or could that happen when early stages of pregnancy

I do have an 8 year old so I don't remember what goes on with the body plus I was so young I probably didn't pay much attention I was focused on finishing high school

Pls ant advise would be great
