Drinking milk when breastfeeding?

Has anyone else been advised to drink milk regularly whilst breast feeding? I've heard of the importance of staying hydrated, plenty of water but this is a first.. 🥛🐮

Cows milk is for baby cows I haven't had dairy in 7 years. It's definitely not necessary for peeps to consume.

My daughter's pediatrician recommended that if I did drink milk, to make sure it was organic. I can't completelty remember her reasoning, but I believe it was something about how my body doesn't filter out the hormones and junk in nonorganic milk.

No. Actually I've been told to stay away from cows milk it's apparently terrible for humans. That was news to me. I love cheese too!
