can you take depression and anxiety meds while nursing?

Just can't anymore! I'm so depressed and miserable. My husband and I are always fighting b/c I have no desire to be happy and I'm so irritable and edgy. I'm 6 months pregnant with a toddler and all I can think is I need relief. I know meds are not the magical
Solution but something to at least take the edge off. Help!

I'm currently nursing a 9 month old and have taken anxiety medicine along with an antidepressant and all my doctors and wic said it was fine just to space them out and don't take them around the same time.
