I have a low lying placenta..

So I have a low lying placenta , My doctor thinks it will move up by around 7 months. But we'll watch and see . .. she said no sex for the risk of bleeding  . When She said it I said okay , and didn't really ask more about it because I'm already terrified of bleeding as I had a placenta abruption a year ago with my son and there was a lot of blood and we both almost didn't make it . so it caught me off guard and I obviously agreed to her suggestion of absolutely NO sex until the placenta moves - if it moves  ; .. does no sex mean no orgasm or no penatration? Or both !????
