athletic club with childcare?

I'm currently a member of the Chicago athletic clubs but they are getting rid of their child care. Does anyone know any gyms in the city of Chicago with childcare other than FFC and Midtown? Our lease is almost up and we're apartment hunting so I'm open to suggestions in any neighborhood. Thanks

The equinox in Lincoln Park had a kids club. Baby has to be 3 months. It's like $10 for 2 hours I think. I have not used it yet bc it doesn't open until 8:00 am but I went in to check it out and it's very nice.
