I was cleaning myself down there where I then accidentally scratched myself. Be aware that my nails had not been cut and were long. I accidentally scratched the weird little skin that covers the vaginal whole, and when I say cut I mean I practically slit it up a bit. I thought that was the only place I had scratched but later on, come to find the space/skin or whatever that is above the urethra was not only slit as well but has opened into a slight hole. I saw what I THINK to be is a small small bubble below that hole and I'm scared it can be the start of something. My Medicaid has been terminated and it'll probably be a week or two before I get it back. I'm really panicking right now because I've been showing signs of a yeast infection and am scared it might cause a worse infection. My vagina is not in the best shape at the moment. Any idea what I should do? I really really need help.
