Right side cramping after eating? anyone else ever had this?

I'm 14W5 days. Was out eating with friends and my right side started cramping. Feels like the same kind of side cramps you get exercising (if you're out of shape) lol. It's been 3 hours now and it's still there. Any clue?

After more Googling I think it is Round Ligament Pain. I found a lot of other women also describing it like runners cramps. It's the ligaments around the uterus that are growing and stretching. Not pleasant but also not appendicitis 🙄🙄👍🏻
