Started my period today. How to deal with bad cramps?

So it's that time AGAIN. The cramps get worse every month. How do I get rid of period cramps? I took a mitol. Please help I'm dying girls 😭

My cRamps are hell. I even throw up from the pain sometimes that's how bad it gets.  The "trick" with menstrual pain killers is to start taking them a day before your period arrives(when u start feeling the symptoms) like I would take ibuprofen one day before (one morning one afternoon and one right before bed) and then once I have the actual cramps , I go ahead and take them them throughout the day ,not more than 6 pills a day as recommended on the box. (The less u can take the better) and I'd do that only for the first 2 days. The 3rd day still hurts but is manageable and I try to avoid taking pain killers as much as possible so I'm not taking them thru my 5days of pain..

Heating pad, dark chocolate, chug a crap ton of water and a good movie always helps me. If you don't have a heating pad u can heat up towels in the dryer. You can also put your blankets in the dryer before bed take a nice shower and when you get out get your blankets feels great 👍🏽

Not sure if it's actually true or not, but I had someone tell me that pickle juice works on pain. A teaspoon of pickle juice. I have not had the chance to test this theory yet.

If you have a way to get essential oils, try rubbing a couple drops of peppermint over your lower stomach area (pretty much directly over wherever your cramps are starting). If they keep getting worse, though, you should probably go to a Dr because it could mean something worse than just normal pms symptoms
