Any tips to help ease cramps?

My cramps have always so horrible and I'm desperate for a little relief. Any suggestions are welcome at this point.

I would take kind of pain relief like midol etc and keep hydrated. Drinking tons of water helps with cramping :)

I’ve noticed it helps me if I start the pain reliever the day before... and make sure to get a good nights sleep

A heating pad is always like instant relief for me. I'll also take a pain reliever and make tea and maybe have my boyfriend rub the area. Honestly it's like muscle cramping so just pressing/massaging above where my uterus helps sometimes when all else fails. Also try yoga for mestruation. There are good poses that relieve cramps.
