Unisom?

Hey ladies. So I was told by my doctor unisom is okay. So I got some at the store but it says to take 2 tablets (dissolvable) but each tablet is 25 mg. Is 50 mg realy okay for me to take? Here's the photo of the box.

I took one tablet and some vitamin b6 for morning sickness both this pregnancy and my second pregnancy, helped tremendously and my daughter was just fine! This one is right on track as well. I usually just did half a dose so I wouldn't be too tired and groggy the next morning.

This type of Unisom (diphenhydramine) is the same ingredient at Benadryl, which is safe to take while pregnant.

I was on Unisom for nausea and was taking the doxycycline succinate version. I like this ingredient better because it doesn't make me groggy.

My dr recommended I take unisom during the first trimester because I was hardly sleeping. I only took 1 25 mg pill and it helped me sleep. It's exactly the same as taking one Benadryl.
