DID I REALLY walk out of Panda Express crying?!

Question

Ok , so I walked in right , feeling kinda bleh and I can just feel my stomach getting ready to be upset , I smell the food immediately & gagged 4 times. I was constantly dry heaving. I felt so disgusted to eat or even talk about any types of food. I walked out crying, idk why I even cried

I cry for the dumbest reasons. 
1) my fiance said checker's/Rally's fries aren't the best
2) I was putting butter in a pan and missed so I cried about that while cleaning off the stove
3) I was craving pizza crust and didn't tell Steven and he ate one of his crusts from the pizza we ordered that night instead of reading my mind and giving it to me so I cried
4) I cried because I wanted cereal but couldn't decide between Cheerios or honey bunches of oats
That's all been this week my poor poor Steven

I cry over that so much 😭 I'm 20 weeks and I basically forced down a burger for dinner tonight and I'm currently in bed begging myself not to puke but I keep gagging 😩 I haven't puked a lot during this pregnancy but the nausea is crazy and I really miss being able to eat! (I can only eat once a day basically sometimes twice)
