Both of us work jobs where it is not safe to wear any kind of jewelry. We both got so used to not wearing our rings that we don't even bother to put them on anymore. They're just sitting in my jewelry box.

My husband lost his on our honeymoon doing somersaults in the ocean like a child. He hasn't worn one since. For the most part im okay with it since he works construction and it would get ruined anyways.

Neither of my parents wore wedding rings. They were both automechanics and couldn't. After that they just never started again

My husband works on the flight line in the Air Force & he's not permitted to wear even a silicone band so he usually doesn't bother wearing one at all which is fine with me. 😊

My husband works in manufacturing and he doesn't wear it because it doesn't want to get it damaged or lost. He pretty much just puts it on for special occasions. It doesn't bother me, we're still married! Lol
