pocket fetal Doppler

So I'm 11 weeks and six days and I tried to use my at home pocket fetal Doppler and I couldn't find the heart beat 😩. I have been on vacation so I haven't been able to see a OB yet. But I wen to the ER for a little spotting and there was a heart beat in the ultra sound at 7 weeks and four days. I'm so scared.
