scared

I'm really nervous I'm 14 wks 5 days and I feel like my stomach has gotten really low idk if it's because I haven't eaten breakfast yet but that shouldn't matter correct?? Last time this happened I was 16 wks and sitting low. I had no symptoms of pain or discharge and when I went for a regular check up there was no heartbeat meaning I've been walking around for lord knows how log with my baby deceased. I'm really nervous my stomach is so low right now and I have very little cramping...
