PCOS + Extremely long cycles?

Hello everyone! I just wanted to see how many of y'all have abnormally long cycles and by abnormally long I mean maybe 50-90 days MAYBE 6 times a year. I have PCOS and have always had that long of a cycle since 14 when I started. Miraculously I got pregnant last year but had a MMC a month after a BFP :/

Mine are pretty long; I've had a few that were 50-60 days but most are closer to 40ish.

Have you had any testing done yet? The dr told me that eggs are the best quality between cycle day 10-19s & that to have the best chance at getting pregnant they need to find a way to make me ovulate between those days so that my egg doesn't get old.

I sometimes respond to femera and have normal ovulation. Very recently my insulin levels were tested and I'm insulin resistant (different than being diabetic, my glucose levels are perfectly normal). I started metformin and they think that will help regulate me a little better.

I haven't gotten any fertility testing done yet, just been confirmed with polycystic ovaries and amenorrhea. It's been about a solid 6 months no protection, I've only had 2 periods so far. I've tried to track them but it varies so much that I can't determine when I ovulate or if I even ovulate. It happened once so hopefully it can happen again 🤞🏼 maybe if I get on clomid or metformin.
