Pregnancy Dream

Okay, I am not expecting but I was having a dream about having to pump so I could feed my baby and after I attached the things on my nipples I feel asleep and  I just woke up from a dead sleep thinking that I had to feed this baby and I was overflowing because I fell asleep with the pump on. This is so strange, I don't have baby dreams. I am in a relationship too. Can someone give me any idea what the hell that means?
