Pregnancy symptoms?

I'm 7 days post ovulation and my nipples are killing me. It hurts even when my clothes rub against it. Is this a symptom or is it too early to have symptoms??

That was a symptom when I was pregnant. Along with smells making me nauseated.

That was my symptom prior to getting ahh posiuvesz. My nipples were so painful and constantly erect.  Got a bfp right after they started feeling better lol.
