I believe it's possible that I'm pregnant. AF time was suppose to come and around the time it was, I literally had nothing. Maybe a little spot if that. I had all my regular PMS symptoms the week before. Lower back pain and mild cramping. But, no blood. This hasn't happened before. I am on the pill, have been for almost 10 years. Do you think it's possible that I am pregnant?
