Any natural (no medicine) remedies for constipation? I'm 11 weeks and haven't gone to the bathroom in over a week. I don't eat very much because I'm always nauseous and have aversion to almost all foods, but I'm am so bloated from what I do eat and just want to go to the bathroom and be normal! Help! Thanks :)
