Too soon to take pre natal vitamins?

We are officially TTC as of the 27th of this month...this will be my second baby but the first we are trying for...my daughter came as a surprise. Should I start taking prenatals before I am pregnant or eait Til I conceive?

Take them now, or at least take folic acid/folate.  It prevents serious birth defects, and the defects can happen before you know you're pregnant.
