Pregnant and 15 , advice would be great please

I did a relevant post about this the other day, I'm 15 and I'm pregnant around 4 weeks. I had sex with an ex bf and we care about eachother so much when we met we couldn't like resist. But anyway I told him straight away and as he is a typical teenage boy he agrees to abort it. Ive always been against abortion especially in a situation like this and kids know what the consequences are at Sex and I completely get that. Also, I could never forgive myself. I know I can't look after a baby either and I have school. But then I can't bare someone else to be looking after my child either. I'm going to the clinic tomorrow and idek what to do, I need advice!! My boyfriend said he will stay with me if I were to decide to keep it, I know 100% I have his word on that too but I really need some help. My parents do not know, merely because I've had a chemical miscarriage with the same boy before
