What is this?    So I have been on the pill for a year and a half. Switched to a new pill last June and have had no problems since. I was recently looking at my calendar and realized I have not had a period since November 1st of 2016. I have tested pregnancy three time once in January, once in March and once in April. All negative. Recently over the last two weeks I have had a full pressure in my pelvic region. On Wednesday night had a sharp pain that was on the right side of my uterus. My boobs have been hurting on and off but have been ichy. I also have been staying up until like 2 or e every night and have been getting up around 10 to 1130 everyday for a week now.  I have waking up feeling nauseous once on Friday morning around 6 or so in the morning. What could this be
