downsizing/ toning belly and legs
I'm stepping out on a limb posting this pic of me but I hate my belly so much and then my thighs and butt are too big 🙁 I have a member ship at planet fitness any suggestions on healthier diet and or things I need to do at the gym to cut weight ? I think I weigh like 240 and I'm 5"5 😭 I want to make a change in my life 💕
