I don't have a dermatologist appointment for a month :( it's very peely with red spots and starts to itch if I start to mess with it

It's Tinea Versicolor ... basically a yeast infection on the skin. 
Go out and buy Selsun Blue shampoo, take a shower with it & apply overnight. 
Make sure you're not sweating in your sleep, wearing clothes more than one time and make sure you're washing towels in between uses & not sharing them...

It's highly contagious (not dangerous) so wash sheets on hot.

I used to get this when I was a kid & also during my first pregnancy.

Also make sure you're taking proper vitamins & drinking water... no soda

It almost looks like impetigo too. I'd for sure get that checked out!

Looks like PUPPS I think is what it's called. It's apparently normal and random during third trimester. Doesn't happen often tho

Looks like eczema to me.
Ask a pharmacist for an over the counter cream until you see your doctor.
