I did last night. He said that I felt dry, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it.

I have had that happen once and he has not ejaculated inside of me since. I have had sexual problems caused by my anxiety medication. One of the side effects was extreme dryness. That and increased friction from sex caused ripping and bleeding of the vaginal tissue. My gynecologist told me that if he ejaculates inside of you it's the same as rubbing salt on a wound. 
So I'd have to say it shouldn't be something you should be super worried about, but you need to keep an eye on it.

Happens to me when I'm too dry and the friction causes it . Sometimes it's his own sperm he tends to eat spicy stuff sometimes and when he doesn't it doesn't burn. I call him burnie sanders hahah
