I've been in the hospital since 12 last night and I've been having contractions every 3-4 mins. They monitored me and said they're moderate but not strong enough. I'm in so much pain so they gave me medicine to relax me and the contractions. I'm only 2 cm dilated which is why they didn't admit me. I walked around the hospital twice and still nothing except more intense contractions 😩 Someone please tell me what can help me induce this labor or dilate me more!
