Gerber yogurt??
So I asked my friend what she feeds her 6 month old for his 3 meals a day and she said in the morning she gives him yogurt. I bought some for my son who will be 7 months tomorrow. Then I realized it's a diary product and of course the main ingredient is whole milk. Is it okay to give to him or should I wait until he's a year old?
