Hey ladies me and my boyfriend of 3 yrs are TTC . I recently stopped taking my birth control pills and we are very sexual active. For the past few days my breast have been extremely tender and i was extremely constipated (sorry TMI)and having pelvic pain wondering if those could be early signs of pregnancy
