vitex and pregnant
I started taking vitex to help regulate my ovulation cycle. I've been taking it for 6-7 weeks (one 400mg capsule once a day). When should I stop it?? I've heard to wait till second trimester because it could cause miscarriage. I am currently 6 weeks. Suggestions??
