Period Pain
How BAD do you experience period pain?! This could be anything from cramps to lower back pain to whatever! I go through the absolute most horrible cramps for the first 2 days of my period each month that completely knocks me off my feet. I have to stay in bed. It even caused lower back pain and nausea!
I am wondering... am I the only one who feels extremely horrible during their periods and what do y'all do for comfort? Pills (which kind)? Home remedies?!
