Got back from the ER last night after some initial bleeding and they confirmed that the fetus no longer had a heartbeat. Just last week they did a scan and the baby was fine....They sent me home and told me to wait it out for a week to see if it passes without any medical help. I just feel sick to my stomach and devastated. What happened? I can't imagine having to pass this baby naturally. What should I do? I feel so alone. I live in Paris, France and am so far from my family. I have never felt so alone 😢
