Can't Sleep

So for the past couple days I have had a really rough time falling asleep. It's been taking me like 20 min - 2 hours to drift off and I'm not sure what's happening. I haven't changed anything in my routine, I've been going to bed about the same time, and I drink decaf coffee. Does anybody have any tips to sleep better? This really sucks, I usually sleep very well. Anything helps! Also tonight I had some warm milk and honey and still nothing...
You can see in the pictures that I'm awake for a while before I finally fall asleep...

No screens for an hour before bed! I use the clock app on my phone to set a bedtime reminder 1 hour before I go to sleep and then I spend that time reading, taking a shower, etc. It's good for your sleep schedule and your overall mental health.

"time in bed - 9+ hours" u still get at least 7 hours of sleep and im jealous :/ mine are like try tiring your eyes, like read a book or something. idk that helps me but im still jealous af of your master sleeping abilities :/
