Sleepless nights
Does anyone else envy their significant other, other household members, and even pets because they are sleeping so peacefully???? Meanwhile you are tossing and turning and begging for your body to go back to sleep? pregnancy symptoms are killing me!!
I go for my first prenatal on Friday but what do people do to fall back asleep after waking up from cramps and bathroom issues? I tried heating pad but that only works for so long.
