What was (or will be) your baby's first food?

Beyond cereal- what was your baby's first specific food?

We are waiting to do baby led weaning. I think we will start with avacado or bananas.

We did sweet potatoes then carrots peas are next. We want to do veggies 1st and wait on the fruit.

Dr suggested white fruits (banana, apple, pear) first then introduce other level 1 fruits and veggies.

We bought a gerber multi pack that was called 1st tastes? It was bananas, apples, pear but in smaller portions (not the tubs/jar)

Homemade fresh vegetables I have always introduced vegetables first.

We started with oatmeal and just tried sweet potatoes two days ago. 😁

My girl looovves peas. Didnt care too much for oatmeal so we dont bother with it now. I was planning on waiting until 6 months but she showed an enthusiastic interest in food and literally would grab at food in our hands. She likes to hold the spoon herself lol

I've steamed and chopped carrots for him to try and he loves it will be 5 months on 29th

We haven't started foods yet. Baby has only had breast milk. And refuses to take bottles. We are gonna start with some foods at 6 months. She's still pretty content just breastfeeding but she watches us eat like a hawk 😂

We've done oatmeal, then carrots! Going to try some avocado next I think. She's also had a couple tastes of potatoe and some blueberry topping bf from cheesecake! Dr gave us the okay to try everything and anything now!
