what should i do

Ok so, i had a d&c end of feb, af did not arrive until 16th May finally. It lasted 11 days, when it always lasts four. I ovulated on either 1st or 2nd june.. tested via opk.
I have been cramping on and off, thus morning whilst on nightshift at work i had tmi brown spotting only when i wipe. Did not seem to last long. I am 10 or 11 dpo.
Glow says period due on saturday, but for my 28 day cycle i should be due today.
I know miscarriages through cycle off.
So if i took a FRER would anything show up or should i wait until sunday.
