painful contractions at night?

Is anyone else experiencing painful contractions that start at night? I would rank them as a 6-8 on a scale of 1-10. Sometimes sporadic, sometimes consistent.

That happened to me then Thursday of last week. Started that morning. Ranging from 8-30mins. All over the place. Around 12am they were consistent and strong. Had my daughter Friday.

I had her this morning at 1:28! After my appointment, they sent me to labor and delivery to be monitored. My water broke on its on at 5:00! Good luck mommas!

I get severe cramps/contractions in the middle of the night and they typically last a few hours after I've gotten up the next morning. During the day the dissipate! Annoying.

This has happened to me nearly every night for two weeks. Mine aren't has painful probably around a 5 but they're at night and first thing when I wake up then they go away. At least our bodies are prepping for labor, the contractions have dilated me 1cm and I'm 50% effaced. Good luck!

Hah I just posted about this! Yes I have been having the same thing! Never had this with my first child so not sure if it's our bodies getting ready or what! What did your Dr. Say?
