Can some one tell me WTH this is! And how can I make it go dooooowwwnnnn 😢😢

Ok so yesterday me and my SO went to Kings Island for his birthday. After about 4 hours I noticed my skin on my inner thighs really started to burn and it became painful to walk..😢😣 when we got home and I showered I noticed these huge swollen patches on the inside of both of my thighs! They are really red hot and hard, my SO says he think it's chafing because I have huge thighs for me to be little (which I really hate by the way) here is some pictures .. what do you ladies think? He says I'm freaking out and I'm okay but it really hurts and I'm kind of thinking about going to the hospital..
