Does anyone deal with boils/ ingrown hair near or on the groin area?!

I used destinin lotion when it first appeared and it goes back down to the point it goes away before reaching bubble status and popping, I had several near my groin amd on my thighs and I have no scars

I've had boils down there 3 times and it's so sore!😭I had no idea what they were from but I just had a bath with baking soda in it and just softens your skin and just pop it with a needle or something. It helps😌
