What's your experience with it? Trying to pick one out for myself 😌

I know 2 women who got pregnant on the Paraguard IUD 🙈 but I also know a lot of women who didn't. I would definitely talk to your gyno about it. I'm looking into it too because these stars horomones are making me a bit crazy 😂

Depends on what you are talking about. I assume you're talking about Paragard, the copper IUD. It's super super effective, but it can cause heavy painful periods for a few months. I tried it and it expelled, cuz it's a larger IUD.

If you're talking about natural family planning, statistically it's much less effective. In order for it to be effective, you have to do a lot of work and be super aware of your body. Taking your temperature every morning, watching your cervical mucus, etc.
