3rd trimester upper abdominal pain

I'm On my third trimester, lately I've been getting excruciating upper abdominal pain that goes across my stomach and my chest. I can tolerate pain but I cry with these pains! I noticed when I get the pains a lot vaginal discharge comes out (clear, sometime white). I get the pains multiple times a day. It's not growing pains I've had those pains and they do not compare. Has anyone had this before? I'm waiting on a call from my doctor to see if I need to go in his office or l&d.
