Swapped Mirena for Paragard!
I had mirena for over a year and my periods were much, much longer (up to a month) and super unpredictable! It also didnt do anything for my cramps and made me waaaaaay too moody. I'm also pretty sure the hormones werent doing anything good for my depression.
Today I had it replaced with a Paragard! Im super excited to lose the hormones and see what's in store!
Has anybody else swapped IUDs?
