Yes you read right. My mom doesn't believe PMS is a real thing. Even though she's clearly exhibited PMS behavior. Whenever I tell her about it, she doesn't want to hear about it because she thinks I'm letting "that American nonsense " into my head. Lmaoo. I know it's not like that. I have knowledge on feminine health and I believe it's real because it's backed up by straight facts. It's just that she thinks I use it as an excuse for a bad attitude. Really, I'm just annoyed and emotional at everything. It's nothing new. it always happens before my period. What do I do ? I can't talk to my own mother about these things and my aunts and grandmothers don't believe it either and I have no sisters. I'm alone. What do I do?
