Pain in the morning???

So Ive noticed this happen a few times a month where I wake up in the morning with a pain like lower chest upper stomach area. Its more of a dull shallow sharp pain kinda hard to explain. It goes away after a while of getting up but i dont know why it happens. Any ideas what it could be?
