Canned tuna while breastfeeding

I feel so guilty right now. I was craving a tuna fish sandwich so I made myself one and ate it without even thinking about if it was safe while breastfeeding😩 Please tell me it's ok and I'm still safe to breastfeed my 9 month old daughter? My oldest was just diagnosed with autism so I'm so cautious of the stuff I've been eating while bf, don't know how I could have eaten it without thinking. Opinions ladies?
