Are these heat bumps or....
Are these heat bumps or should I be concerned? They're all over her neck and on her face (very little on her face tho) and I'm not sure if it's heat bumps or what...she's strictly breastfed and I know when she pulls off sometimes milk will go on her neck or face but I quickly clean her up so I don't think it would be that.
