Hello everyone.

My OB informed me about using antihistamines to dry up my milk supply. I breastfed my daughter until she was 13 months old, she is now 18 months. I have not done anything to do with breastfeeding for 5 months now. I have had no leaks, no simulation, no pumping, I can not get anything out unless I really really try (I haven't done that since early February when I needed a little relief after stopping). Has anyone ever done this? How did it work for you? Did you do something different? Any ideas would be great.
